The 2018 Nandi County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP), has beenprepared in accordance with section 118 of the Public Financial ManagementAct, 2012 presents the actual fiscal performance of the FY 2017/2018 as itmakes comparisons to the budget appropriations for the same year as well asthe updated economic and financial outlook to set out the broad fiscalparameters for preparation of the next budgetThe Public Financial Management Act ushered in a paradigm shift in thebudget making process for the National as well as for the County Governments
