(1) The Treasury for the county shall for these purposes establish revenue collectioncenters within the sub-counties and Kisii town who shall report to the ChiefOfficer.

(2) That the county shall seek to seal all loopholes that promote corruption, taxevasion and loss of revenue.

(3) That there shall be a deliberate move to bring on board all stake-holders indiscussing and getting involved in ventilating and owning the harmonizedlicenses and levies in accordance with the constitution of the Republic of Kenya2010.

(4) That the county shall be at liberty to make such regulations as may be expedientfor proper prudent and frugal management and in accordance with theconstitution of the Republic of Kenya 2010.
