| Description | In accordance with the Public Finance Management Act 2012 (PFM Act, 2012), Section129, the County Executive Committee Member for Finance is required to prepare andsubmit its Annual Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure (budget proposals) to theCounty Assembly for approval. Further, Public Finance Management Act 2012 Section 130 (1) (b) (i), requires thatthe County Executive Committee Member for Finance shall submit to the CountyAssembly a list of all County government entities that are to receive fundsappropriated from the budget of the County Government. |
