This report comprises of three sections; Sub-County projects status, Departmental Projects Statusand County Investment Status.A total of 1247 projects were analyzed for their completeness and cost. These projects weredistributed across the different sub-counties and wards and implemented by different countydepartments.From this analysis the overall county projects completion rate is at 55% with Turkana Westhaving the highest completion rate at 59% of its projects having been completed at the time ofthe analysis with Turkana Central having the lowest projects completion rate at 46%.The departmental projects performance analysis shows projects implemented by the departmentof Infrastructure, transport and public works having the highest completion rate at 89%, closelyfollowed by Public Service Administration and Disaster Management at 88%. The CountyAssembly was the least with projects completion rate of 7%. Details of the rest of the status apartfrom complete and incomplete are highlighted in the status section of the report.
